A: A 12/24 buck boost transformer to drop the voltage in your house from 240 down to 216. The Manual is wrong, it uses a 240v NEMA plug. Basically, from the factory, it uses a 20 amp grounded 240 volt only plug. they used an old ungrounded electric range plug. and make sure you have the correct 240v grounded plug on the tanning bed.
